Starring the Vespa Pendant

I'm always amazed when I my customers send gorgeous photos of them wearing their jewelry.   Here is Lily Sly, a french customer that bought the Vespa pendant last year; not only is she a model but a talented photographer as well.   Knas photography is behind the lens and he captures a serene essence. 

What I love most about these photos is how different and completely unique they are in comparison to my photos or ones by my photographers.  The color, feel and quality of these are magical and seem to transport the viewer to another place.  I hope you enjoy them!

Vespa Triple Goddess Necklace

Every couple of months I get an itch to sort through my unique stones and make a one of kind piece.

I've had these beautiful faceted citrines for awhile, since designing the Vespa collection I had a limited supply of them so thus making this beauty.

I'm naming it after Brigit the Celtic triple Goddess, she represents the Muse, Healer and Smith.

Old world Mexican jewelry

The first full day Laritza Garcia and I had in Mexico we spent most of the day visiting museums, the Franz Mayer museum and the National Art Museum, where we saw the old world jewelry below.

It's quite detailed and beautiful. During my entire trip through Mexico all I could think was - how the artists were able to craft such amazing pieces out of very basic yet multi-use tools whereas nowadays we have tools for very basic things...we are so spoiled!

I apologize I don't have names/dates for the jewelry, there was so much to drink in but I hope you like what you see as much as I did!
