when I used to DJ and even a few years ago, I was all about discovering new music and now, it's fallen by the wayside.

Song of the Day: "Livin' in the Jungle"

I've had a lil' crush on these guys for awhile, they seriously know how to jam out!

Speaking of jammin' I'll be on the radio this afternoon, my usual 4-6pm over at WZMB 91.3, with the Smooth Soul set.  I'm on air every Tuesdays and Thursdays at the same time.

I guarantee it'll be a good time!

Song of the Day: "I'm not Gonna Cry" by Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings

It doesn't get more funky & soul filled than Sharon Jones, she can work a crowd like magic!

I saw her several years ago and it was one of the best shows I've ever been to, got me dancing and stompin' the whole night.

And I'll get you there too, today I'll be on the airwaves this afternoon, 4-6pm on ECU's radio station, WZMB 91.3 FM - livestreamin'!.

DJ Lestat is BACK

I've sorely missed my old DJing gig at WZMB 91.3 and I'm so happy to say that I'm BACK this summer to DJ!!!  I'll be on the radio Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-5pm beginning next week.

In honor of returning I give you Jack White's single, "Sixteen Saltines", from his new album Blunderbuss.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more tasty musical treats!
